Crust:
1 1 /2 cups of Empowrd Foods Keto Pancake Mix
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3/4 cup butter melted
Bake Crust at 325 for 5 minutes.
Pumpkin Filling
3 eggs Warm Temp
3/4 cup of powdered sweetener
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1 (15 ounces) can of pumpkin puree
¾ cup of heavy cream
Bake fat 350 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
